Do I need to be home for service?
No. For your convenience, you do not need to be at the property as long as we have access to the treatment areas.
How does the five-month guarantee work?
Qualifying treated areas include a five-month guarantee. We confirm the covered areas and applicable conditions with your estimate.
When should I schedule another treatment?
We commonly recommend another treatment around six months. Rainfall, irrigation, and property conditions can affect the timing.
How long should people and pets stay out?
Please keep people and pets out of the treatment areas for 2–3 hours after application, or until dry.
Why use pre-emergent and post-emergent treatment?
Post-emergent addresses weeds already growing. Pre-emergent helps reduce future germination where appropriate.
Do you require a contract?
No. One-time weed-control service is available without a long-term contract.
Do you provide landscaping or weed pulling?
No. Our specialty is weed control. We do not provide mowing, trimming, cleanup, or general landscaping.
Can you estimate a large property?
Yes. Photos, measurements, aerial maps, and an on-site review can help define the treatment areas for larger or complicated properties.
